I work with men and teens on trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and the sense of being stuck or disconnected from life. I see clients virtually across Texas, so we can do real work without you adding one more place to be. My approach is evidence-based and practical, drawing on ETT, ACT, and other tools to fit how you actually think.
As a former collegiate football player, I know what pressure does to a person, and how hard it is for a lot of guys to ask for help.
