Hello there! I’m Chandler, a Trauma-Informed and CBT-oriented psychotherapist, as well as a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider.
In therapy, my priority is fostering a therapeutic connection that feels safe and open. My mission is to allow space for my clients to explore themselves with curiosity and security. My greatest joy as a therapist is walking with my clients as they uncover a deeper understanding of themselves. Experiencing these moments and the power behind them is a special honor that brings passion to my work.
I specialize in LGBT+, trauma, mood disorders, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, changes in life, and difficulties stemming from family of origin experiences. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and training in Trauma Focused-CBT. I also have experience working with psychosis, personality disorders, and more complex mental illness.
I believe that struggles can often be connected. In therapy, I find my role is to step back with my clients to explore the greater picture, in order to discover self compassion, understanding, and ultimately- find relief. Check out my website for more info.
