I like to work with trauma, LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, addictions, and behavior modification. I use different modalities to help with communication skills, self esteem, and behavior changes. Therapy is a journey and I hope for all my clients to receive the best therapy I can provide. If questions are asked I will provide the best answer possible. I look forward to working with all those who are interested.

I use interpersonal therapy as well as cognitive behavior therapy to look at how individuals might experiencing barriers in their day-to-day lives. Then working on those barriers so clients can feel more at ease in their lives.

If you are seeking help in trauma, negative emotions, self-esteem, communication skills, and other areas that might be causing distress, then I would like to help if chosen. I look forward to helping people set their goals and achieving them on their journey in therapy.
