I view my work as a therapist as a privilege, offering the opportunity to truly learn about people and bear witness to their stories. I work with people navigating gender, sexuality, pregnancy, parenthood, partnership, and specific mental health concerns. With roots in the helping professions, I bring a warm, affirming, socially conscious, and collaborative presence to our work together, supporting each person’s unique journey.
I utilize a combination of Narrative and strengths-based methods to identify your values, strengths, and goals. I primarily work with adolescents and adult individuals, in addition to couples (heterosexual, same-sex, queer). I am also passionate about having an affirming and informed practice for LGBTQIA+ identities of all ages.
I strive to create an empowering, compassionate space where you can explore and uncover your strengths, skills, and talents. My goal is to support you in living a purposeful, authentic life filled with meaningful relationships, while providing a safe environment to come as you are and pursue meaningful growth.
