This quote captures my perception of therapy, I believe it is my job, as a provider, to support you in acquiring skills, while also providing space for you to explore your challenges and individual experiences. I promise to bring both empathy and authenticity to our sessions in order for us to create a working therapeutic relationship. This is a necessity for the work we will collaboratively do together.
I will help you better understand what you want to change, build skills, and create actionable steps to navigate the current challenges that bring you to treatment. I will also provide coaching and feedback from a nonjudgmental and knowledgeable point of view in order to help you challenge beliefs and behaviors that create barriers to progress & healing.
We all experience times in our lives where things are harder. It may feel like your life is falling apart, or you may feel lost or alone. Being able to support my clients so they can grow through these challenging circumstances is why I love my job.
