We will discuss the 4 attachment styles, and how to build more fulfilling relationships. We will explore effective boundary setting, core beliefs, and your personal value system. You will learn to identify your triggers, and how to manage them. You will learn healthy communication, how to effectively express your needs, and understand your own arrested development. The course includes group discussions, interactive activities, as well as weekly homework.
