If you are feeling stuck, stressed, anxious, sad, avoidant, unmotivated, distracted, or generally discontent with yourself, relationship, or the circles around you, then you may be experiencing difficulty navigating this stage of life. My passion is helping individuals with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I have multiple years of professional and private practice experience helping teens, adults, and older adults navigate emotional difficulties and traumatic periods. I have extensive experience supporting anxiety & depression, parenting, self-worth, stress management/self-care, life transitions, and trauma/PTSD.
My therapy style is quite flexible. I have learned to integrate a wide variety of effective methods to help people cope. I help my clients learn to (re)narrate their life story, engage in deep inner work, or better communicate with their partner so they can improve their quality of life and have more productive, meaningful lives and fulfilling relationships.
It's important for me that the therapeutic process is safe, collaborative, and a space where my clients can narrate their individual experiences and get relief from the stressors of everyday life. I look forward to working with you to (re)narrate your story.
