A live person, you and I, that's what we are. I'm an LCSW in NY and CO, and am honored to be a therapist. Being brave to call and then to try to grow, are the first steps. I believe you can change your life...if you have the will and desire to do so. Taking good care of your emotional well-being is almost as important as caring for your body. I can be a guide to help you reach your goals. I practice what I preach. I want to hear you and create safety. Often, this is the beginning of what is missing in relationships. I would love to help you heal.

I’m in the field over 30 years & LOVE what I do. I’m trained in Imago, EMDR and SE (to deal with trauma); I help couples & individuals work to make new, healthy patterns, & break long-standing dysfunctional ones. I encourage owning responsibility in life. I'm solution-based, give life-changing tools leading to eventual independence. I'm a fan of 12 step.

I can help you, if you're open to doing the work. My speciality is relationships. I deal with trauma, challenging relationships, separation, blended families, and individuals. I use practical tools so couples communicate effectively, whether you stay together or not. . I started somatic experience training in 11/2025 to learn more about trauma healing.
