Hi, I’m Chana and I’m a clinical social worker and therapist with a passion for helping those in need. There’s no need to filter your thoughts or feelings with me! I listen deeply and aim to get to know you exactly as you are today, in a space where you can be you. You also don’t need to worry about knowing what to say, or having fully formed thoughts around how you’re feeling. You don't even need to know how to say what’s wrong!
Clients come to me looking for a therapist who understands how to treat the whole person, because therapy should be a place where you feel uncensored and true to yourself. Sessions with me are friendly and warm. Together, we find the you that you want to be. And we always go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready to be.
I believe that people have amazing capacity to change. You don’t have to continue feeling unsettled, and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re struggling with new parenting issues, have difficult life decisions to make, or are stuck in anxiety or depression, you’ll experience a comforting, productive, supportive space where we work collaboratively.
