I am a family systems trained relational therapist practicing through a trauma informed, culturally aware, and LGBTQ+ friendly lens. The therapeutic process is collaborative, in which we will work together toward balance in your life and achievement of your goals. I firmly believe that you are the expert in your life and already possess strengths that can be harnessed and expanded on to address the difficulties you're facing.
In my role as your therapist, I will assist you in exploring and processing difficult experiences, finding creative ways to resolve problems, and increase your ability to cope with challenges.
My primary focus/treatment areas are relational - marital difficulties, (infidelity, divorce, intimacy and sexual concerns), parenting/co-parenting, family conflicts and estrangement, and adjustment to life/developmental transitions. If you are facing a challenge that is out of my scope of practice I will refer you to someone with expertise in that area.
Our rapport will be important to success in therapy. I offer free 15 minute consultations to get an idea of what you want to address and to provide information about myself and the process. This will give us an opportunity to make sure we are likely to be a good fit before scheduling your first session. Please reach out to schedule your consultation today!
