Hi! My name is Haleigh, and I'm a Masters Level Therapist on track for LPC-MHSP licensure in TN. My approach to therapy is to create a safe and non-judgmental space to encourage and empower all individuals to heal, grow, and reach overall well-being. I work with adults, adolescents, and children and use different approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, DBT, Play Therapy, and other creative therapies including both mindfulness and supportive techniques. I genuinely believe each person is unique and I strive to create a plan and environment that is specific to their needs and goals.

Life can challenge us in the most difficult ways, make us feel lost, hopeless, scared. This is when I come in to help. Through struggles you have held onto for your entire life to events that have just happened, I look to help find paths to peace. I provide empathy and clarity to identify your true self.
