I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 5 years of experience specializing in treating children, teens, and adults suffering from addiction, trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and borderline personality disorder. I have worked specifically with individuals in the process of rebuilding and restructuring their lives after times of hardship—whether that be in the form of trauma, addiction, loss, or major life transitions and changes.
I completed my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Temple University. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and the family systems approach (FST).
