Women Survivors of any type of childhood sexual abuse are invited to join this group. I personally designed it to help women understand the effects of trauma, reduce feelings of shame and guilt, and empower group members in a safe and confidential environment. This 12-session group progresses through 3 stages: Trauma and Its Manifestations, Telling Your Story, and Empowerment. Groups are limited to 3-5 members to ensure the safety and the comfort they need to disclose difficult information.
