Women's Growth Support Group - Virtual

Through our Women's Growth Support Group, you will gain the insight and tools needed to nurture personal growth and healing, while experiencing the power of authenticity and connection. Group sessions will cover topics such as holistic wellness and mindfulness, anxiety and stress management, self-compassion and self-worth, attachment and relationships, and presence and gratitude. Group sessions will consist of psychoeducation, discussions, and mindfulness and experiential activities. The group will run for 12 weeks, meeting virtually every Tuesday at 6pm-7:15pm.
