I have over 10 years of clinical experience and an additional 10 years of teaching experience. Both careers have offered me daily reminders of life's most stressful issues (trauma, relationship conflicts, loss, racism, community violence, equity issues, parental separation, etc.) and our instinct to overcome these stressors.
I am trained in a number of clinical specialties including: Child/Parent Psychotherapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotional Focused Couples Therapy. Clients of all ages and lifestyles are welcome.
