You’re trying to figure out who you are, and honestly? Everything feels like a lot. You might be questioning your identity, navigating friendship changes, dating, or trying to launch into adulthood without losing yourself. Or maybe you saw a social media post that could have been written for you - it may have you questioning topics like OCD, anxiety or depression to name a few!
I work with folks in that in-between space, where you’re not who you were, but not quite sure who you’re becoming either. My style is affirming, collaborative, a little sarcastic, and always focused on helping you show up as your real self.

I work with children and teens (ages 4–18) who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, big emotions, behavior challenges, or stress at school or home. Parents often reach out when something feels “off”—their child is more overwhelmed, withdrawn, or acting out, and they’re not sure how to help. I provide a supportive, age-appropriate space where kids can build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence. I also work closely with parents, offering guidance and tools so you feel more confident supporting your child at home.
