As a trauma therapist, I help adults with anxiety, OCD and PTSD heal their inner child, regulate their nervous system, and cultivate safe, connected relationships. Many of my clients grew up in homes where their emotions and needs were disregarded or deemed to be “too much” for their parents to hold space for. As adults, they often struggle with cycles of shame, intrusive thoughts, and anxiety that keep them in a constant state of self-preservation, causing disconnection from themselves, their bodies, and the people closest to them.
My approach to supporting clients goes much deeper than traditional talk therapy. I specialize in helping clients heal their trauma from the root, not just gain insight and learn coping skills to deal with their symptoms.
Through somatic, attachment-focused, relational approaches like AEDP, EMDR, and inner-child therapy, we’re able to re-wire your brain and nervous system, ultimately helping you move through past trauma that is keeping you stuck today. If my approach resonates with you, I'd love to connect for a brief consult call to see how I can support you.
