As an experienced therapist, I support clients struggling with relationship anxiety, social anxiety, and low self-worth, My goal is to help you feel empowered to make significant changes. In my practice, I treat clients experiencing all types of anxiety disorders and life transitions. Over the years, I have developed expertise in treating a few specific populations, including military personnel and their families and clients within the LDS/Mormon communities. I also offer Christian counseling for those desiring faith-based guidance.
My therapy style honors you and your preferences. With that, I strive to be flexible and accommodating with clients- sessions may incorporate traditional therapy approaches as well as expressive, artistic, cinema-based, and walk-and-talk interventions.
