I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in mental health care. I have expertise in addressing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is rooted in fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, as I believe trust is the cornerstone of meaningful change. With a foundation of trust, I work collaboratively with my clients to delve into the core issues, working diligently to uncover and address the root causes that brought them to therapy in the first place. I earned my BA in Communications and an MA in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.

I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge and hands-on expertise. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, emphasizing empathetic counseling and solutions-based strategies.
