I am here to support and empower you from the very first counseling session. A licensed marriage and family therapist and a chemical dependency counselor, I work with individuals and couples on a variety of issues.
I take an interactive approach to therapy, treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Together, we will focus on your needs and skills. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, family systems, and dialectical behavioral techniques.
