I have a private practice in Livingston, seeing both youth and adults. I work with individuals that want to learn new techniques for dealing with life's challenges. I help people get unstuck from old patterns that are no longer or never have served them well.
I have spent the better part of my life as a youth advocate. I am a husband and father of 3 children. I have an adopted child and I have been a foster care provider for many children over the years. I believe that individuals are doing the best they can with what they know and when we learn we grow.
I utilize a flexible, non-judgmental, and engaged approach. It is my intention that in my office, clients feel safe to explore the avenues to building the best life possible.
