With more than 20 years experience, I have specialized in working with diverse populations including adolescents and adults. My core work focuses on depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety/panic attacks, physical/emotional abuse, anger problems, grief, self-esteem, ADHD, PTSD, work/vocational issues, school/truancy, and parenting difficulties.
My approach uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered Therapy, and EMDR in a relaxed and supportive environment. I believe in helping those achieve a balance of the mind, body, and spirit. I have a passion for doing faith based counseling should that be of comfort to the individual.
