About
If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re struggling in some way right now. Maybe you’re looking for support or perspective during a particularly challenging time in your life, or hoping to finally address long-standing issues and heal old wounds. Perhaps you’re wrestling with anxiety or depression or stress, struggling in an unhappy relationship, or dealing with issues at work. Or maybe you just feel stuck lately, and need somebody to talk to about things.
Whatever your particular reasons for seeking out help at this time, I am here to offer you a calm, safe, and supportive space in which to discuss your problems, working with you to build a therapeutic relationship aimed at providing you with increased self-awareness, insight, and understanding.
Though I love working with all different types of clients, I specialize in working with artists & creatives, adult ADHD, and relationship issues. It’s important to tell our stories, to feel seen, heard, and understood. As a writer and a therapist, I strongly believe that words matter—and I would love to hear yours.

Writing to Heal (Therapeutic Writing Group)
**Currently on hiatus due to COVID-19/office closure** Learn how to use expressive writing as a form of therapy, as well as a tool to help you better understand yourself, your experiences, and your relationships. Research has shown this type of writing offers a whole host of benefits: improved mood & well-being, reduced stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms, increased resilience, better sleep--it can even reduce blood pressure & increase immune system functioning! You don't need to have any previous writing experience to benefit from this group. An open mind, a pen, and a piece of paper are all you'll need.
