I am now offering telehealth services. I am very much a general practitioner of psychological concerns. I have assisted people struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, grief/loss and many other concerns. I have expertise in helping individuals, friends and families of those struggling with alcohol or substance use disorders.
The therapy I provide is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is a scientifically validated form of treatment. CBT has been shown effective with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, and also drug and alcohol abuse.
