My name is Chad Brown and I would really like to help you. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 20 plus years of experience working with individuals of all ages, treating a wide range of mental health concerns with expertise in working with Anxiety Disorders, including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Adjustment to Life Stressors, Self-esteem Issues, Grief and Loss, Anger, and ADHD. I do have a special interest and experience working with Self-Injury, Suicidal Ideation and Behaviors.
My philosophy to therapy is that everyone has within them the tools needed to grow, heal and overcome. Together we will create a treatment plan focusing on developing skills that supports your goal of living your best life.
