I enjoy working with people of all ages from young children to adults. Because I have been practicing for 25+ years, I have a certain amount of expertise in a number of areas. I think you will find me to be kind, thoughtful, and able to help you understand what is troubling you and what steps you can take to make a change. My goal is help people to feel understood, valued, and challenged to make positive changes.
Right now I am seeing more adults than children, but I really enjoy working with children of all ages as well. Working with parents is something that I particularly enjoy. With adults i see a lot of issues related to anxiety, life changes, depression, stress, and, of course, issues with relationships.
