I offer supportive and exploratory talk therapy to those who wish to make significant change in their lives, but have difficulty knowing how to make this happen, or even with knowing what exactly it is they want for themselves. I specialize in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, which focuses on how our past experiences continue to shape our lives, often in ways that are outside our current awareness. Our work will be to uncover and understand how these early experiences manifest themselves in your daily life with empathy and compassion, with the hope of helping you find greater peace.
