Some of the common symptoms clients come in for are: depression, self-harming behaviors, anxiety, low self-esteem, numbing or detached feelings from others, and suicidal ideations. I am the owner of CH Counseling and want to provide the utmost professional and therapeutic experience for the people I work with. My approach always depends upon what works best for the individual or family.
I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is what I typically use when working with clients who have trauma symptoms.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I also work as a clinical supervisor to the interns who provide services within my practice.
