I offer Somatic (body-connected) Therapy, Trauma Conscious Yoga, Parts Work (IFS-informed), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). Through individual weekly sessions or EMDR Intensive Therapy (extended sessions) I help people experiencing anxiety, burnout, and the impact of trauma reconnect to self and experience relief.

Whether you're preparing for or considering trauma therapy, looking for support alongside your current healing work, or simply seeking greater well-being, this 8-week psychoeducation and skills group will provide you with the tools to soothe your nervous system, increase emotional resilience, and build a sense of safety and self-trust within yourself.
