I specialize in working with clients in the following two categories: A) Individuals (18+) who are struggling with anxieties, overcoming traumatic events, adjusting to life changes, depression, and relational difficulties. B) Couples who can't communicate, have grown apart, and those who are struggling to move forward after major life events, including affairs.
I don't see my clients as good or bad, but I believe that everyone is just seeking to be loved and accepted, bringing a collection of hidden stories of pain and unmet needs that drive our behaviors. I want to help you unload the weight you have been carrying so that you can heal and move on to a brighter future.
In addition to my Psychodynamic and Emotionally Focused Therapy approaches, I can also provide specialized trauma interventions such as EMDR, ART, and RTM, as well as Hypnotherapy and Christian approaches. We can't change the past, but we can walk together to heal from it and integrate those stories so that we can better accept self and connect with others.
