My work is especially focused on children and adolescents experiencing ADHD, oppositional behaviors, conduct and behavioral concerns, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, school difficulties, and challenges with anger or impulse control.
Therapy provides a supportive, structured space where your child can work on emotional regulation, communication, problem-solving, coping skills, confidence, impulse control, and healthier ways of responding to frustration. When appropriate, I also work collaboratively with parents so that the progress made in therapy can carry over into everyday life at hom
