Elizabeth is an experienced mental health counselor and trauma specialist utilizing EMDR and Brainspotting to heal the effects of childhood and adult experiences of neglect, sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual control, physical abuse, emotional control, decision making control, gaslighting, emotional blackmail, financial abuse, codependency, and verbal abuse including bullying, teasing, scapegoating, blaming and name calling. Treatment approach is somatic and polyvagal informed.
