My name is Chelsi Williamson and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Certified Yoga Teacher (200 Hr). I specialize in children and families and I am trained in EMDR for trauma resolution. I love working with family systems, be it mothers, fathers, couples, children, teens, etc. I see things through a physiologically based trauma lens with a deep understanding of how trauma gets stored in the physical body. It is a passion of mine to help all impacted individuals release the burden of carried trauma, particularly generational trauma. I love working with women trying to show up for family and change pervasive patterns.

I have over 50 years experience in mental health and substance abuse counseling. I am certified in distance counseling and TN law now requires insurance coverage. I work with anxiety disorders, including panic attacks, PTSD, and phobias; depression and bipolar disorders; all kinds of substance abuse disorders; parenting problems; marital problems and couples counseling, including LGBT issues. I am retired from the U.S. Army, and am familiar with the problems of being in both military and law enforcement professions.

I have been a counselor for over 20 years. I am licensed in TN & NC. All of the care that I provide is via telehealth. I believe each of us needs support and guidance from time to time in our lives. My name is Maghan and I am glad you are here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation LPC-MHSP. I have been working in the field of mental health for the past 6 years. I have experience in working with ages ranging from 3-90, helping client's with issues such as attention and impulse control, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, managing expectations, developing discipline in daily life, setting life goals, self-esteem and self-image.

C. also use Rapid Resolution Therapy with Clinical Hypnosis for a variety of issues including but not limited to traumatic events, addictions, stopping smoking and decreasing chronic pain.
