At Centro Castillo for Personal and Family Wellbeing, our therapists strongly believe that we understand a person as part of their culture and family upbringing. Together we will discover what motivates you and use this knowledge to increase self-awareness in how you feel, think and act. With this insight, the ultimate goal is make the best decisions that will leave you feeling better and live a happier life. With 14 therapist in 3 offices throughout the city (Lakeview, Pilsen, and near Oak Park) we look forward to helping you and your family.
A group practice with years of combined experience with as ind, couples, or family. Our specialties are: Trauma, sexual assault and abuse, human sexuality, depression, anxiety, multigenerational family work, couple's work, Immigration experiences. Group work, educational workshops, and psychological evaluations are available in English and Spanish.
Being bilingual and bicultural, we have a multicultural outlook with Cog-Beh and Family Therapy. We are enthusiastic & interactive therapists. Together we bring energy & a personal touch to the treatment process, going against the typical therapist stereotype. Therapy as well as Educational and Immigration Psychological Evals can be in English or Spanish.

Female Sexual Empowerment
The Female Sexual Empowerment Series focuses on helping woman overcome their fears, gain confidence and learn technical skills in the realm of their sexuality. Some workshops have been: The art of oral pleasure, Pleasuring yourself, and Dating in the new Millennium.
Clinical Supervision for LSW's and LCSW's
CENTRO CASTILLO offers clinical supervision for LSW's and LCSW's. Social Work Supervision will foster the clinician's confidence in working with individuals, couples, families, and groups:As well as doing therapy in Spanish. Supervision is tailored to the clinician's level of experience, training, and learning style. Supervision is available for LSW's who require pre-licensure supervision, for LCSW's to expand their areas of expertise and hone their therapeutic skills, and for experienced LCSW's who provide supervision or wish to become supervisors. Supervision is available one-on-one and in groups.
