Hello! My name is Chelsea and I work with adults at COFT in Redmond, OR. I am a licensed therapist with a spiritually informed approach rooted in meditation, mindfulness, compassion, and the understanding that our beliefs, emotions, and inner patterns shape how we experience life. I help clients move beyond limiting beliefs, old survival patterns, and the feeling of being powerless to life or circumstance. My passion is to support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom, personal power, and ability to create meaningful change from the inside out with awareness, intention, self-love, compassion and emotional freedom.
I incorporate meditation, visualization, mindfulness, inner child healing, parts work, belief-rewiring, compassion-based exercises, and sound frequency medicine to support healing from emotional wounds, trauma, attachment injuries, self-destructive patterns, and negative habits. If you choose to work with me, a daily meditation is strongly encouraged.
I believe deep healing begins when we cultivate self-love and compassion. My work is supportive for those who are spiritually curious or spiritually oriented and desire to use healing, self-awareness, meditation, intentional thought, elevated emotion, and universal principles to create a more aligned, empowered, intentional life rooted in peace and trust.
