My passion is to help people conquer their addictions and to regain control of their lives. Addiction can take a significant toll on quality of life. As an addiction specialist, I have helped hundreds of people regain control over their lives and achieve a sense of contentment and fulfillment that was taken away by drugs and alcohol.
Using evidence-based strategies, we will learn how to successfully manage those urges and cravings that lead to active addiction, and learn about the root causes behind that keep you active in the addiction cycle. In sessions I am very present and active, partnering with clients by providing an emotionally safe and compassionate environment.
Your life should not be constrained and defined by addiction and my goal is to make sure you develop the skills necessary to stop addiction from taking away all that is important to you. Everyone deserves the freedom from drugs and alcohol in order to enjoy life to the fullest, which is my goal for all clients I serve.
