We serve individuals and families on the path to healing, those courageously facing substance use, trauma, mental health challenges, and life's most difficult transitions. We support adults seeking recovery and children receiving Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS): community, home, and school-based emotional and behavioral supports. Our adolescent IOP groups meet young people exactly where they are. Many come to us feeling overwhelmed and unseen. Our team meets every person with compassion, dignity, and a genuine belief in their potential. At Center of H.E.A.R.T, you are never alone!
We offer DDAP-licensed Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services, adolescent IOP groups, and Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) for children. Our trauma-informed team specializes in substance use recovery, anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger management, and co-occurring disorders. We provide individual and group therapy, in-person and via telehealth

Our DDAP-licensed Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group provides structured, evidence-based treatment for adults navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Meeting multiple times per week, participants engage in relapse prevention, recovery skill building, emotional regulation, and peer support, all within a non-judgmental environment. Our trauma-informed approach addresses the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. Groups are facilitated by licensed clinicians and designed to help participants build a strong foundation for lasting recovery while maintaining their work, family, and community responsibilities. You do not have to walk this road alone. Healing happens in community.
