We offer Tele-Health. The Center for Psychological Well-Being is a group of licensed therapists who work under the supervision of Dr. Shannon Cranston, Licensed Psychologist. We provide psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, women's issues, binge eating disorder, weight management, body image issues, self-acceptance, substance abuse/chemical dependency, relationship issues, grief, along with other mental health concerns. We use a holistic approach to assist our clients in overcoming barriers that get in the way of their health and well-being. Our goal is to provide the help needed to live a healthy, balanced life.
We provide a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to work through difficulties they are experiencing. We believe in a holistic approach to psychotherapy meeting each client where they are at and guiding them with individualized treatment. Our goal is to empower each and every client we see so they can successfully navigate to a better place of well-being.
