Hi, my name is Daisy Bloomfield. I am an independent licensed social worker and therapist. I work in a group practice at the Center for Professional Counseling in Wheeling, WV. I have over 25 years' experience working in human services beginning with my first job as a shelter manager at a domestic violence shelter in 1997 with my associate degree. I graduated WVU with my MSW in 2014. I am a Certified Trauma Focused Therapist. I am a Board-Certified Professional Christian Counselor. I work with children and adults. I am experienced in working with people who have symptoms of anxiety, depression, and grief, and trauma.
I offer a holistic approach to your therapy services. If you believe integrating your spirituality and Christian faith into your treatment is important to your healing then we can do that. However all are welcome regardless of faith. I believe therapy should be as comfortable as possible for my clients. As your therapist I will meet you where you are.
