I specialize in the treatment of trauma and abuse, sexual addiction and compulsive behaviors, love addiction, codependency, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and other barriers that interfere with a meaningful, connected life. My work integrates a somatic, body-based approach, recognizing that trauma is not only held in thoughts and beliefs, but in the nervous system and the body itself. Together, we work to gently attune to bodily sensations, restore regulation, and help the brain and body distinguish between past experiences and present-day safety.
I am trained in Post Induction Therapy (PIT), developed by Pia Mellody at The Meadows in Arizona. This model focuses on the origins of adult patterns by exploring early childhood experiences that shape attachment, fuel addictive and compulsive behaviors, reinforce codependency, and contribute to depression and painful relationships.
This work is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about understanding what happened, healing what was wounded, and reclaiming parts of yourself that adapted in order to survive—but are now ready to live.

The group focuses on both the recovery process and what each member is experiencing in real time, providing space for accountability, reflection, and connection. The group follows a developmental model of recovery. The initial stage emphasizes sobriety and stabilization. As recovery progresses, the focus expands to emotional and developmental maturation, including learning to tolerate feelings, build self-regulation, and take responsibility for behavior. A later stage emphasizes practicing relationality—developing honesty, empathy, boundaries, and the capacity for healthy, connected relationships. The group emphasizes respect, accountability, and personal responsibility, while supporting each member at their own pace within the recovery process.

An ongoing, two-hour, process-oriented group for women healing from betrayal trauma, including infidelity and relational abuse. The group supports stabilization, empowerment, and emotional healing while addressing shame, loss of self, and the impact of traumatic relationships. Using a developmental approach, members work toward rebuilding self-trust, strengthening boundaries, and practicing healthier relational patterns in a supportive group environment.
