Groups
Trauma-Informed Experiential Therapy Women's Group

This group uses ongoing action therapy based methods and body engagement to safely explore, identify, and concretize participants' sense of self-compassion, moving with control to a deeper understanding of self, greater self-esteem and self-compassion. Trauma sits in parts of the body inaccessible by words, rendering talk therapy an act of translation, to give voice to a body-based experience for which there are no words. When we engage the body in the recovery process, trauma can be safely released and healing can be experienced. Please call the office at 603-625-0010 to schedule an intake.
