Have you ever left a therapy session feeling overwhelmed, anxious, angry, depressed, or shut down? Have you ever gone to therapy and not had words to explain why you are seeking support? In my practice, I provide space for clients to explore their lives, their patterns, and their challenges and then, help them learn to regulate the nervous system so that they leave feeling, lighter, more relaxed, more at ease, and clearer than when they entered. Together we will focus on helping you build the life you want and help you digest experiences ready to be integrated.
Life is filled with positives, neutrals, and negatives. Usually, all experiences have elements of each. We all have times when we get depressed or anxious, feel alone, or scared. Can you allow yourself space to feel a variety of emotions at the same time? My sessions include talk and somatic work.
I love working with therapists, healers, parents, those with fertility issues, and those wanting to (or making) changes. I am passionate about working together to help expand your nervous system's range of tolerance and help you find more comfort and joy in daily life.
