About
I’m passionate about the art and science of human connection. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to helping individuals and couples heal trauma wounds and create secure, loving bonds in their relationships. I will help you learn to exit unhealthy patterns of behavior, release emotional triggers, and improve communication and conflict resolution skills. I will also guide you in implementing self-regulation and co-regulation techniques that help reshape the nervous system.
I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Polyvagal Theory (PVT), and Psychospiritual Integration. I am an advocate for social justice and inclusion. I am LGBTQ+ allied, kink-aware, and poly-friendly. I strive to make therapy affirming of any individual or couple that I treat.
I offer online individual and couples therapy sessions, as well as virtual Hold Me Tight Workshops for Couples. I look forward to connecting with you. Come take the Heart’s Journey with me!
