My specialty practice offers trauma informed short and long term therapy to adults 50+ and their families navigating the stages of mid and late life aging. These issues often include emotional health concerns (depression, trauma, grief/loss, caregiver stress, chronic illness/pain), coping with physical/emotional/mental/spiritual health challenges and managing various life transitions. I am a psychodynamically trained therapist providing therapy to adults 50+ in suburban Philadelphia in person and virtually. I have comprehensive clinical experience working with adults, older adults and their families with emotional health concerns and aging and health issues. My trauma training informs my work, and I utilize CBT and Jungian practices.
