During this pandemic/quarantine, so many people have been affected by loss and grief. My main focus lately has been helping people who are grieving loss. Grief is often a lonely journey, and those who are not grieving wonder why you aren't "over it" yet. People grieve in many ways and heal on their own timetable. I help clients in their grief journey in a way that makes sense to them without judgment or trying to rush them along.
