I work with adolescent girls and adult women (ages 15+) facing issues related to self-esteem, stress, anxiety, and depression. I help women gain self-knowledge in a safe, supportive environment in order to become unstuck and begin growing into the healthiest version of themselves, ultimately leading to fulfilling lives, including harmonious relationships.
I provide in-person and online individual counseling through transpersonal (spirituality), nature therapy, and mindfulness therapeutic approaches.
