Life's transitions or hang ups may cause anxiety, shame, peer pressure, & sadness. I give client's the tools to feel empowered & encouraged to welcome change, strive to overcome self doubt/insecurities, and feelings of not being accepted by friends, family, and/or co-workers.
I specialize in assisting clients with family, interpersonal relationships, employment, life transitioning, parent & child/adolescent issues. With the use of child-centered/activity play therapy for child/adolescent clients and a client-centered approach, I help clients to overcome life obstacles and gain a more purposeful & fulfilling life.
