We must be personally healthy in order to enjoy our lives, provide support to ourselves, and support to others. Are you having troubles with a big transition in your life? Trouble getting grounded? I have experience working with clients who suffer from depression, self-harming activities, PTSD, stress, emotional trauma, Adjustment disorder, Anxiety, relationship issues, Self-esteem issues, Bipolar disorders, grief and loss, among other mental health issues/concerns.
