As a therapist, I have helped individuals find healing utilizing a variety of treatment methods. I use an integrative approach to help maximize the benefits of therapy. I am trained in EXRP, DBT, CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I am also trained in perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, OCD and comfortable working with Bipolar & Borderline.
