About
I am a Rhode Island Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals, couples, and families using a variety of therapeutic approaches and interventions. I aim to tailor each session to meet the needs of each individual, couple, or family while working collaboratively throughout the entire therapeutic process.
I specialize in working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges including: Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), those who have experienced trauma, Eating Disorders, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), as well as school-related issues, parent/child relational issues.
I am dedicated to providing a judgement-free, safe, and empowering space filled with absolute support to confront the many challenges life can present. I will work collaboratively throughout the entire process as I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for success.
